Coating

Our coating workshop is equipped with advanced coating lines capable of applying uniform layers on films, paper, and laminates. The process ensures excellent surface quality and stable adhesion, meeting the requirements of high-end packaging and industrial applications.
In addition, the workshop is designed with the flexibility to convert big meter rolls into small meter rolls during the coating process, allowing us to meet customized order sizes efficiently and reduce material handling steps.

Rewinding

The rewinding workshop focuses on ensuring rolls are perfectly wound with accurate tension control and defect-free surfaces. This guarantees stability for downstream processes such as printing, laminating, or slitting.
One of the highlights is the big-to-small meter roll conversion, enabling us to supply customers with different roll lengths directly from the rewinding line. This greatly improves efficiency, reduces turnaround time, and adapts to diverse client needs.

Slitting

Our slitting workshop is equipped with high-speed precision slitting machines, capable of converting wide rolls into smaller, accurately sized rolls with clean edges and consistent quality.
Beyond slitting, the equipment also supports large roll to small roll conversion, giving us the ability to serve both large-volume production and small-batch customization with equal efficiency.
